1. Purpose

These terms govern access to the Dentys website (dentys.io) and the submission of a call or founding-seat request. They are not a subscription agreement for the product.

If you become a customer, a separate service agreement will set out features, price, term, and each party’s responsibilities.

2. Publisher

The site is published by Dentys. For questions about these terms or your data, use the call-request form on the site.

3. Website and applications

The site presents Dentys, an operating system for dental laboratories: one file per order, from prescription to CAD approval.

Applications are read by a person. We may accept, decline, or postpone a request. No payment is required to book a call. Submitting a request does not create a right to an account, a price, or an install date.

4. Personal data

The information you send, name, laboratory, email, phone, city, and the context of your flow, is used only to contact you about your request. No newsletter. No automated drip.

We keep this data for as long as needed to handle the request, then delete or archive it as required by law. You may ask to access, correct, or delete it by contacting us through the same form.

5. The Dentys service

Dentys helps laboratories centralise prescriptions, files, status, stock, assignment, and CAD approval. Descriptions, timelines, and examples on the site are informational.

The features we take live, the install window, and the price are confirmed on a call and then in writing if we go ahead.

6. No clinical advice

Dentys is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, prescription, or clinical advice. Laboratories and practitioners remain responsible for their professional decisions and for complying with applicable regulations.

7. Intellectual property

The Dentys name, the site, the copy, the mark, and the visual elements remain our property. You may not copy, resell, or use them for a competing service.

Information you send in an application remains yours. We use it only to assess the request and to contact you.

8. Liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, Dentys is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or from an application. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is authoritative. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts have jurisdiction.
